Favorite contacts feature on mobile

Favorite contacts on Yoroi Mobile make it easier and faster to send assets to ADA handles you use frequently. They are automatically built from ADA handles you own and the handles you send to, so you do not have to manage an address book manually.

How are favorite contacts created?

Favorite contacts are created automatically in two ways:

• Handles you own: any ADA handle owned by you in any wallet in Yoroi is automatically added to your favorite contacts.
• Handle you send to: when you send assets to an ADA handle, that destination handle is also added to your favorite contacts for future use.

Over time, this builds a list of frequently used handles without any extra setup.

How to use favorite contacts when sending

• Open the Send screen in Yoroi Mobile. Your favorite contacts are always displayed there.
• Tap a favorite contact to automatically insert its ADA handle into the destination field.
• Review the details and complete the transaction as usual.

If the list grows longer than what fits on screen, you can scroll horizontally to see all your favorite contacts.

How to remove a favorite contact

• On the send screen, locate the favorite contact you want to remove.
• Tap the trash (delete) icon next to that contact.
• The handle is removed from your favorite contacts list and will no longer appear in the send flow unless it is added again by ownership or by sending to it in the future.
