What recovery phrases are supported in Yoroi?

Yoroi supports restoring wallets using either 15-word or 24-word recovery phrases. Every wallet created in Yoroi has a 15-word recovery phrase. Additionally, you can restore wallets created in other Cardano wallets as long as they utilize either a 15-word or 24-word recovery phrase.

Please note that Yoroi does not support 12-word recovery phrases. While it was previously possible to claim 12-word Byron wallets from Daedalus, users needed to already have a wallet restored in Yoroi, which means they must have had either a 15-word or 24-word wallet.
