I get a "Unexpected error occurred. Please retry" error message in Yoroi (Trezor troubleshooting).

First of all, make sure to update Yoroi, Trezor, and Trezor Bridge.


Another common reason for this error message is that the passphrase for Trezor you've entered is wrong.


If you still have problems connecting your Trezor, please share your log with our team. You can find the file by going to Settings > Support/Log > Download logs.
