Missing swap tokens: steps to verify and resolve the issue
First, please check if the order was completed by going to Swap > Orders*. If the order was completed, it will be reflected in the Completed orders tab you should see an incoming transaction in your wallet. If you don’t see it, try resyncing your wallet in *Settings. If the transaction still isn’t showing after the resync, please contact our support team.
If the order is still in Open orders, this means it hasn't been fulfilled yet. This could be due to factors like no matching orders on the DEX or market fluctuations. You can wait for the order to fulfill or choose to cancel it.
