Missing swap tokens: steps to verify and resolve the issue
In normal flow, when you create a Swap order - from token to ADA or vice versa, there will be 2 transactions occurred:
- 1st: Holding the amount of token/ADA from your wallet to the DEX's smart contract address
- 2nd: Once the DEX is able to fulfill the order, the equivalent token/ADA amount will be sent back to the same wallet creating the order.
Swapping is not an immediate transaction. Please navigate to Swap > Order > Open Order and check if the swap order is still in Open Order.

The DEX at the time you submit the order will check the market price. If the market price exceeds the slippage tolerance rate, the order will stay open until the market price meets the condition. Also, there's no limit to how long an order can stay in Open orders. This could be due to factors like no matching orders on the DEX or market fluctuations
When the order is in Open orders tab, you can choose to wait for it to fulfill or to cancel the order. When you cancel an open order, aside from the minor transaction fee, you will receive back in full the original ADA/token you selected to swap.

If the order is completed, you will see should see the order in Completed order tab and the token will be shown in the Portfolio tab - if you swap from ADA to token, and ADA balance increases if you swap from token to ADA. If you don't see the expected token, please go to Settings > Wallet > Resync wallet again.
