Issues using Trezor device with Yoroi
If you're having issues using your Trezor with Yoroi, follow these steps:
- Make sure your Trezor is running the latest firmware, and that you’re using the most recent version of the Yoroi browser extension.
- VPNs, strict firewall/antivirus settings, and some browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers, privacy tools) can interfere with Trezor. Try temporarily disabling them and then reconnecting.
- Make sure you only have one Trezor session open at a time (one app/website/tab using Trezor). Multiple sessions can conflict and prevent Yoroi from connecting properly.
- Check that you’re entering the correct passphrase for the Trezor device you’re using.
- If you have the standalone Trezor Bridge installed, it may cause issues, as it is now deprecated. Trezor recommends uninstalling the standalone Trezor Bridge, as keeping it installed can interfere with using your Trezor device in future releases.
