  • I have lost my password. How to reset it?
To reset your password, you'll need to restore your wallet using the recovery phrase. This will involve removing the current wallet instance. If you're unsure about your recovery phrase, we recommend testing it on a different browser or device first to confirm it's correct. Alternatively, you can begin the restoration process, and if you receive a message stating that the wallet is already restored, this indicates that the recovery phrase is correct. Once you've verified that your recoveryPopular
  • I lost my recovery phrase. How can I access my funds?
The recovery phrase is essential for restoring a Yoroi wallet. It is shown only once during the wallet creation process and cannot be regenerated or retrieved later under any circumstances. If you have lost your recovery phrase but still have access to the wallet on at least one device and know the password, you should immediately move your funds to a new wallet for which you do have the recovery phrase securely backed up. Create a new wallet, carefully back up its recovery phrase, then senSome readers
  • My wallet is not syncing. What should I do?
Begin by checking if your device is connected to the internet. After that, refresh your wallet by dragging down your mobile screen (if you are on a mobile device), or refreshing your browser (if you are using a web browser). If the problem persists, access your wallet using your desktop web browser and go to Settings Wallet Resync wallet. If you have recently imported an existing wallet, it might take a few minutes for your wallet to sync. Should you take all the steps above and still havFew readers
  • How to claim a Byron-era wallet in Yoroi?
As Yoroi stopped supporting Byron-era wallets,  you need to use another wallet that still provides support. We recommend users utilize the Daedalus Wallet. To restore your Byron-era wallet in Daedalus, please see this guide from IOG. If you don't have Daedalus on your computer, you can do it in AdaLite (this option is faster). • I can't withdraw my staking rewards.
There may be a few reasons for that: You don't have enough ADA to cover the transaction fee. Your wallet needs to have some ADA (excl. rewards) in it to cover the rewards withdrawal transaction fee as you cannot pay with your rewards. Please deposit at least 1 ADA to this wallet first and then you will be able to withdraw rewards. You aren't participating in governance, which is required by the Cardano protocol. • What is the locked assets deposit?
If you hold some assets in the wallet, you might have noticed that some of your ADA is locked.  The reason behind this is that storing any assets on the Cardano blockchain "costs" some money. You are not actually paying it to anyone, instead, you are just depositing them as collateral to ensure that you have some motivation to not leave lots of worthless assets just lying around forever and forget about them. It also protects the Cardano blockchain from growing intractably. At the moment it taFew readers
  • I was scammed / My ADA were sent out of my wallet without consent
While we always hate to hear when one of our community loses funds, we cannot know how funds were transferred. Usually, it is due to someone getting ahold of your recovery phrase, device/computer, malware, or a phishing website. Users are responsible for their own security as we do not hold your funds. As cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, they can neither be canceled, nor reversed, once initiated. One of the greatest advantages of crypto is being your own bank, which means no one hFew readers
  • I've been delegating for more than 20 days, but I still don't have any rewards.
Please contact your pool operator in this case. You can find them by going to Dashboard Stake pool delegated View pool webpage. In general, there are a few reasons you may not get what you've expected: A stake pool you are delegating to either was, or is, offline, so it did not make any blocks; Not enough time has passed since you delegated; A stake pool you are delegating to charges a flat fee greater than the pool's total reward; A stake pool you are delegating to was, or is, satFew readers

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and update our wallet for a growing Cardano ecosystem, Yoroi Wallet has sunset our support for ERG token. You can try Nautilus or another wallet from the list here: https://ergoplatform.org/en/get-erg/Wallets.Few readers
  • I have sent made a transfer to a used address, will I get the funds?
Yes. Even though new addresses are generated once you use them, you can reuse the same addresses as many times as you want. All of the generated addresses are generated from and controlled by the same key and are saved on the Cardano blockchain.Few readers
  • I didn’t receive ADA from an exchange yet.
If you used the correct receiving address, there should be no problem receiving ADA. Transfers from exchanges may be delayed. You can check the transaction by its ID here. When it's confirmed on the blockchain, you should also see it on Yoroi (if you don't see it in Yoroi, please resync your wallet by going to Settings Wallet Resync wallet). If it's still not confirmed, please contact the exchange regarding the transfer.Few readers
  • I sent ADA to the wrong address. Can I cancel the transfer?
As cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, they can neither be canceled nor reversed once initiated. In case you end up sending the funds to the wrong person, you may have to contact them and request a refund. If you don’t know whom the address belongs to, you can’t do anything else to retrieve the funds.Few readers
